The Homes

This project will see the refurbishment of an existing Georgian property on Main Street, as well as the development of a new build on previously overlooked space on the south-side of the existing property.

A great deal of consideration has been given to the context of the village in the design of the new development. Modern design elements give the home a contemporary feel, whilst the use of traditional proportions in keeping with the existing Georgian home, allow for seamless integration into Hotham’s street scene.
