Stone Barn
The Location
Stone Barn is centrally located in the idyllic village of Hotham, one of the most desirable locations in the East Riding. The property is on Rectory Lane, a short walk from the cosy village pub. Nestled between Hull and York Hotham offers excellent transport links, with the M62 just a 5-minute drive away, and Brough train station a 10-minute drive away.
The Project
Our goal with Stone Barn was to create a space that was fun and youthful, whilst also being visually stunning. The exterior is comprised of many of the elements we’re known for, such as stone walls and timber cladding, which work together to give the new build that barn conversion look which allows it to blend seamlessly with the surrounding area.
Inside, Stone Barn was designed to be the ultimate home for entertaining, with a vast open plan kitchen and dining room, sunken living room and ice trough built into the kitchen island.
